Salary: £35,266 - £37,122

We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled Plasterer, ideally with experience in social housing or local authority environments. You will undertake plastering and other trade repairs and maintenance work, providing high-quality, 'right first time', cost-effective building services to our customers.
To be considered, you must have the ability to perform associated trade tasks within your competency, hold an NVQ2 qualification or equivalent, and possess relevant trade experience. Skills in plasterboarding, skimming/bonding, external rendering, and basic carpentry are essential. Additional qualifications such as Abrasive Wheel training, PASMA, and the ability to read construction drawings are preferable.
You will conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work, and recognized industrial standards, ensuring minimal damage to property fabric.

Background checks
We will conduct a standard DBS background check, paid for by MTVH, and you will be enrolled in the DBS updating service, renewed every 3 years.
