The Mears Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative in Croydon to perform a range of maintenance tasks across domestic properties. You will deliver high-quality repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating, in occupied homes with a focus on customer service and safety.
Candidates should have multi-trade experience, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently, meeting service targets while using handheld devices for job records.
Annual salary: up to £42,020.69 Multi Skilled Operative Location: Croydon Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £42,020.69 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Croydon you will be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plastering, brickwork, tiling, silicone/mastic works, groundworks and minor plumbing in Void properties. The role requires a delivering high-quality repairs and installations across domestic properties. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to improving social housing standards, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the community. Company Van, Fuel Card, and Uniform All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship. To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
