FCC Environment is recruiting a Plant & Weighbridge Operative for their Red Lodge site. The role involves safe operation of plant machinery and managing weighbridge activities on a rota basis, supporting day-to-day site functions and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with the safe and efficient operation of the site.
• Operate plant and equipment safely and in line with company procedures.
• Manage weighbridge operations and maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers, contractors and site visitors in a professional manner.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Report incidents, faults or unsafe conditions to management.
• Support general site duties as required.
