Job summary

HR Employment Bureau Redditch is recruiting a Site Plant Operative / Forklift Driver for our client in Burslem, near Stoke-on-Trent. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, on a three-week shift rotation. Starting salary is £28,080 per year, reviewed after probation.

You will load, unload and segregate palletised waste and operate plant equipment in a hazardous environment. You must hold a valid Counterbalance licence and have warehousing experience; SAP and Excel skills are desirable, with

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Counterbalance licence and have relevant experience.
• Experience in outdoor environments and hazardous chemical settings is desirable.
• Warehousing experience is desirable.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Excel proficiency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Unload palletised incoming waste prior to inspection by Chemist.
• Segregate and store waste in appropriate storage bays after inspection.
• Operate plant and equipment to meet batch specifications.
• Maintain safe and clean working area and perform housekeeping.
