Job summary

An Administrator - Plant & Vehicles role based in Ringwood is seeking an organised, detail‑oriented candidate to maintain records for plant and vehicles across sites. The role involves coordinating with site teams, updating service records, and processing bookings for repairs.

The successful candidate will support the Plant Manager and the plant/vehicle coordinator, ensuring HSQE compliance and accurate documentation. Experience with PlantMinder and MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with site teams to ensure timely updates on hiring of plant.
• Keep accurate records to support accounts and HSQE department.
• Update the vehicle service & maintenance records, and advise the plant yard team of repairs.
• Instigate bookings for repairs and maintenance for vehicles.
• Input PlantMinder timesheets.
• Provide admin support to plant and vehicle coordinator.
