The role focuses on hitting budget and KPIs, maintaining the fleet, organising transport, and upholding health and safety standards, with opportunities for development within the growing group.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in plant and tool hire operations.
• Ability to lead a team and drive KPI performance.
• Solid understanding of health and safety standards in hire operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance by leading your team to hit budgets and KPIs.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering great service.
• Oversee safe and legal transport and distribution of equipment.
• Ensure health, safety and company standards are met across the operation.
• Support the wider branch with stock takes, reports and audits.
• Keep the hire fleet in excellent, safe condition for customers.
