Based in a busy branch, you’ll manage performance, customer relationships, and compliance with health and safety standards, contributing to broader branch success and growth opportunities within the Huws Gray Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a plant and tool hire operation or similar process-oriented service.
• Proven ability to drive performance and hit budget/KPIs.
• Training and developing a team to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Driving performance by managing your team to hit budget and improve KPIs.
• Building strong customer relationships by delivering great service.
• Overseeing safe and legal transport and distribution of equipment.
• Ensuring health, safety, and company standards across the operation.
• Supporting the wider branch as part of the management team—stock takes, reports, audits, etc.
• Ensuring the hire fleet is in excellent condition and safe for customers.
