Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire is seeking a Plant & Tool Hire Manager to lead a busy branch and drive a safe, efficient, and revenue-focused operation. You’ll manage a team, build strong customer relationships, and ensure compliant transport, safety, and fleet readiness.

Qualifications

Experience leading a hire operation or similar business unit.
Strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.
Ability to manage a team to hit budget and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead a safe, successful hires operation through the branch.
Drive performance by managing your team to hit budget and KPIs.
Develop strong relationships with customers by delivering great service.
Oversee safe and legal transport and distribution of equipment.
Ensure health and safety and company standards across operations.
Support the branch management team with stock takes, reports and audits.
Maintain the hire fleet in excellent condition and ready for customers.
