Qualifications

• Experience leading a hire operation.
• Experience in transport and logistics.
• Prior industry experience required to excel.

Responsibilities

• Driving performance by leading your team to hit budget and KPIs
• Building strong customer relationships by delivering great service
• Overseeing safe and legal transport and distribution of equipment
• Ensuring health, safety and company standards across the operation
• Supporting the wider branch as part of the management team with stock takes and audits
• Ensuring the hire fleet is well-maintained, safe and ready for customers
