Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire in Harlow is seeking a Plant & Tool Hire Manager to lead a busy branch, drive performance, and deliver outstanding service for customers. You will manage a team, ensure safe transport and compliant operations, and work as part of the branch leadership to meet targets and improve KPIs.

The role emphasises health and safety, customer relations, and maintaining a well-presented hire fleet. Flexible working options are considered during interviews.

Our Plant & Tool Hire Managers lead from the front - running a safe, successful, and results-driven hire operation.

Based in one of our busy branches, you’ll be part of a team that gets stuck into delivering brilliant service and makes sure every job gets over the line.

What you’ll be doing:
