Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the hire team to meet budget and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Oversee safe and compliant transport and distribution of equipment.
• Ensure health, safety and company standards are met across the operation.
• Support the branch with stock takes, reports and audits.
• Keep the hire fleet in excellent, safe condition for customers.
