Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume hire desk or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commercial edge.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience in plant & tool hire is a bonus; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires daily across plant and tool equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle queries with speed.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with drivers and fitters for timely deliveries and collections.
• Resolve customer and supplier issues professionally.
