Job summary

ISQ Recruitment LTD is seeking a Plant Services Engineer for a high-performing manufacturing site near Beccles (Norfolk). You will maintain critical plant services—compressors, water treatment, pumps, refrigeration and heating—while performing planned maintenance, fault-finding and rapid breakdown response to support production.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, hands-on industrial maintenance experience, and a valid UK driving licence with access to your own

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance of plant services and industrial utilities.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and breakdown response.
• Ability to fault-find across mechanical and electrical plant.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across critical plant services and utilities.
• Maintain and fault-find on compressors, water treatment, pumps, refrigeration, heating and chilled water systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise disruption to production.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure work is completed safely and to standard.
