Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the franchise or within the Agricultural/Forestry Plant Machinery industry.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company throughout the island of Ireland and promote product sales.
  • Meet sales targets in volume and margins to increase market share.
  • Develop leads for new customers and support existing ones.
  • Complete machinery sales from configuration to handover.
  • Deal with aftersales issues promptly.
  • Liaise with account executives for pricing and sales policies.
  • Complete necessary sales paperwork.
  • Ensure payment is received for items on delivery.

Job description
Overview

Expert are working in partnership with this North West based Machinery company who have been established for over 50 years. They have recently have been appointed as sole distributor for a NI based company of their Vegetation and Tree Care products in Ireland. As such they currently require a Sales Executive to represent the brand throughout the island of Ireland. This will be a Remote / Field based role.

Duties
  1. To represent the company throughout the island of Ireland and promote the sale of new and used products
  2. To endeavour to meet your sales target both in terms of volume and margins and thereby increase the market share.
  3. To call with existing customers and develop new leads for customers.
  4. Complete the sale of machinery from configuration, quotation, negotiating to handover
  5. To ensure any aftersales issues that arise with customers are dealt with in a timely manner
  6. To liaise with account executive to ensure fully upto date regarding pricing policy and sales packages and other matters as necessary.
  7. To complete all necessary paperwork that is required by sales administration.
  8. To ensure that we receive payment for all items of plant and accessories on delivery.
Knowledge required
  • Previous experience of the franchise or within the Agricultural/Forestry Plant Machinery industry.
