Salary: £70,000 to £78,000 + £6k Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Great Pension + Progression + Benefits

The company is a global leader in engineering, recognized for industry innovation. Due to the retirement of a longstanding employee, they are seeking a plant / production manager to lead the site forward.
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of the production site, including overseeing commercial functions and engineering disciplines. The position is Monday to Friday, with some flexibility expected.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing in a COMAH or hazardous environment, familiarity with trade unions, team management skills, and a good understanding of health and safety and commercial aspects.
