This rapidly expanding large corrugated sheet plant seeks an experienced corrugated production manager to run the factory with a staff of circa 50. The role involves both a “hands-on” approach and a planning and organisational understanding of manufacturing. With a large amount of incoming investment, the challenges of the role involve increasing morale of the workforce whilst instilling a cultural change to include modern lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement to increase operational efficiency, setting & reporting KPI’s, lifting quality, and improving cost efficiencies of labour and resources. You will be a strong leader, an independent thinker, and someone who can challenge the status quo with the personality to influence those around you and motivate your team to “buy into” the new way of doing things. As the company is about to enter a period of growth, for the right candidate, this role could develop into a much larger role as the company grows. To apply, please send your updated CV and a brief paragraph demonstrating your track record of changing culture, making it stick, and the operational efficiency improvements you have achieved. For the right candidate, relocation assistance will be provided.
