• As a Remote Operating Centre Plant Performance Manager, you will monitor and manage the operation of plants in the UK, Ireland and South Africa to ensure that they are operated in a safe, reliable and efficient way

What Makes You Great

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
• You have proven experience in the gas/oil/petrochemical/chemical process industry and you own a valid driver’s license
• Experience in process design, operations, commissioning and project work, with specific experience in plant performance tracking and optimization
• In addition you have sound experience in automation and/or advanced process control loops
• You are in a position of personal accountability and have a track record coaching and training individuals
• Lastly, you must have a high level of personal integrity
