Job summary

Airbus is offering an internship in the Business Operations – Performance Improvement team at Filton. You will analyse plant performance, support innovative projects, and drive efficiencies across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Environmental impact.

You will develop data analytics skills, build stakeholder networks, and help deploy digital tools on the shop floor, while aligning with Airbus Operating System standards.

Qualifications

• Open to Undergraduates for the full duration of the placement.
• Ability to analyse data and build dashboards is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Interest in coding and digital tools is desirable.
• Willingness to work across cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards using data analytics to track KPIs.
• Assist with regular business reporting and data analysis.
• Lead or support improvement projects within the plant environment.
• Provide daily operational support to improve efficiency.
• Analyze data to support AHPS reduction and cost saving analyses.
• Assist with development and rollout of digital tools on the shop floor.
