Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited invites undergraduates to join a 12.5-month internship at the Broughton site (North Wales) to support Performance Management and data analytics. You will collaborate with international teams and develop leadership and problem-solving skills in a real-world setting.

The program offers 35 hours per week, hybrid working options depending on the role, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Start date: 16 August 2027; applications close 25 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates for the whole duration of the placement.
• CV and Cover Letter outlining motivation and suitability for the role.
• Knowledge in data analysis.
• Experience with Google Suite.
• Able to work with international teams.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and projects with Head of Performance Management.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across Europe.
• Support in data analysis and performance reporting.
• Learn and apply risk, opportunity, and supply chain concepts.
• Understand Quality & Business Management Systems.
