Matchtech Group is seeking a Process / Plant Operator to support the safe, reliable operation of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs). You will handle process control, plant monitoring and provide maintenance support to maintain discharge compliance.

In this permanent role, you’ll monitor SCADA systems, conduct laboratory sampling, review performance data and support optimisation initiatives, while ensuring safety, environmental compliance and on-call flexibility within the operations team.

Formación

• Experience in process or plant operations in water/wastewater.
• Ability to monitor SCADA systems and respond to alarms.
• Knowledge of sampling and laboratory analysis procedures.
• Understanding of maintenance activities and plant data trends.
• Commitment to safe working practices and compliance.
• Willingness to join on-call rota.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor and maintain ETP assets per procedures and permits.
• Monitor SCADA, respond to alarms and make process decisions.
• Carry out planned and reactive operations and support maintenance.
• Conduct laboratory analysis and monitor plant performance.
• Record data and maintain monitoring systems.
• Review trends to identify improvements and support optimisation.
• Manage consumables and chemicals.
• Maintain site housekeeping and participate in on-call rota.
