Job summary

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd on behalf of our prestigious client in Hinckley is seeking a Plant Operative to support depot and recycling operations. You will operate excavators with re-handling grabs and move materials around the site.

The ideal candidate will hold valid 360 excavator licences (tracked and wheeled), have experience with re-handling grabs, and demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid 360 excavator licences (tracked and wheeled).
• Experience operating re-handling grabs.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavators fitted with re-handling grabs.
• Load, unload and move recyclable materials around the site.
• Operate tracked and wheeled excavators safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the processing plant.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures on site.
• Support wider plant and yard operations as required.

Job description

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative for our prestigious clientbased in Hinckley.

By joining our team, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the depot and recycling processes.

The specific duties include:

• Operating 360 excavators fitted with re-handling grabs
• Loading, unloading and moving recyclable materials around the site
• Operating both tracked and wheeled excavators safely and efficiently
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the processing plant
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site
• Supporting the wider team with plant and yard operations as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Valid 360 excavator licences (tracked and wheeled)
• Experience operating re-handling grabs
• A positive approach to work
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A strong understanding of health and safety procedures

Rate of Pay:

£15.00 per hour

Hours of Work:

07:30am - 4:30pm

Days of Work:

Monday to Friday

No weekend working!
