Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Plant Operations Instructor / Tutor in Gloucestershire to help develop the next generation of construction professionals. You will work on-site at our dedicated training school with access to a mock live site, plant simulators, and the latest JCB machinery.

You will deliver practical and theory-based Plant Operations training, support apprentices and commercial programs, and mentor learners in safe working practices and technical skills as part of a small

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Operations or construction, with strong practical knowledge.
• Plant tickets are essential; excavator and telehandler tickets are highly desirable.
• Teaching qualifications can be provided; training and simulator support available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theory-based Plant Operations training.
• Support plant apprentices and commercial training programmes.
• Utilise mock live site, plant simulators and modern JCB machinery.
• Ensure learners follow safe working practices and develop technical skills.
• Contribute to growth of the Plant Operations provision.
• Work with a team reporting to the Head of Education.
