Job summary

A Select uk Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Trainer to deliver excellent online and classroom training at prestigious training centres across client sites in the UK. The role offers a salary around £40k+ with a company bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will hold recognised training qualifications, have strong IT and communication skills, and be able to motivate engineers and learners. A full UK driving licence and own car are required to access sites.

Qualifications

• Training/assessor qualifications such as NVQ assessor or RTITB or similar recognised trainer qualifications.
• Good classroom and practical training experience.
• Proven ability to develop, implement and deliver training.
• Inspirational, motivational trainer with engaging delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite practical training and theory at training facility and offsite.
• Instruct and supervise safe operation of plant equipment to learners and clients.
• Conduct course examinations, assessments, and record keeping.
• Design engaging lesson plans and update training content as needed.
