Aprolis UK are actively recruiting an MHE instructor to deliver MHE Driver training to internal and external candidates at Hinckley or at customers’ premises, ensuring compliance with procedures, health and safety, and quality standards.

The role involves managing training diaries, maintaining licences, and adapting to customer needs with flexible hours and locations. Training delivery supports business profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive MHE industry knowledge.
• Trained to RTITB or AITT standard.
• Good communication at all levels.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• People management and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work on own initiative; flexible hours/location.

Responsibilities

• Provide MHE driver training on site at Hinckley or at customers' premises.
• Manage weekly/monthly/annual diary to maximise training and income.
• Keep instructor licences up to date.
• Be flexible with working hours to meet customer requirements.
• Complete registrations within agreed timescales.
• Pre-book equipment to ensure availability for training.
