Plant Manager

Crawley, West Sussex (Commutable from: London, Reading, Slough, Brighton, Worthing)

£72,000 to £78,000 + £6k Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Great Pension + Progression + Benefits

Are you a Plant Manager looking to join a world-leading organisation where you will have operational control of their local production plant and the chance to further your career?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the site with plenty of opportunities for progression.

The company is a world-leading engineering business, recognized at the forefront of the industry. Due to the retirement of a longstanding employee, they are seeking a plant/production manager to take the site forward.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational control of the production site, including managing commercial functions and engineering disciplines. The position is Monday to Friday, with some flexibility expected.

The role could suit a manager from a plant or industrial environment with experience dealing with trade unions, managing teams, and possessing an understanding of health and safety as well as commercial acumen.
