A new opportunity exists for a Plant Manager to lead the Airedale by Modine Consett Plant. This role is responsible for achieving contribution to the corporate goals and objectives, adherence to corporate policies, providing a safe work environment, and meeting customer requirements efficiently. Additional responsibilities include creation and delivery of capacity, capital, and financial plans, creating an environment of continuous improvement, development of employee skills, succession planning, and communication of organisation direction and alignment of the workforce to the goals of the Consett Plant and wider business unit
