Position Summary

Lead and oversee daily operations to meet financial and operational goals, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards. Manage budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource utilization. Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet production targets and quality standards. Lead the organization’s vision and allocate resources effectively. Evaluate and recommend investments in technology, equipment, and systems to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Supply Chain activities from raw material receipt to finished product loading.
  • Ensure production and delivery align with forecasts, orders, specifications, and timelines.
  • Develop internal scheduling and manage resources efficiently.
  • Ensure safety of personnel, enforce safety policies, and provide safety training.
  • Maintain raw and packaging material availability as per demand.
  • Control and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Ensure product quality and implement process controls as instructed by the Quality Department.
  • Implement quality assurance systems to promote awareness and consistent practices.
  • Design efficient production plans, maximize resource usage, and optimize yields.
  • Monitor production metrics and financial indicators to meet cost goals.
  • Foster a culture of 5S, TPM-ACW, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead change initiatives and process improvements to address performance gaps.
  • Set KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and perform annual team appraisals.
