Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Plant Manager for a Manufacturing Plant in the Reading area. The role requires strong leadership of the Plant's leadership team and a sharp focus on achieving financial targets and operational metrics.

The candidate will drive Lean initiatives (5S/6S, TPM, SMED), develop budgets and 3–5 year strategic plans, and build leaders across Engineering, Operations, and Materials. Full P&L responsibility with monthly corporate reporting and a safety-first approach are essential.

Competenze

• BS in Engineering or Business required.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background.
• Proven P&L responsibility and financial acumen.
• Experience leading ~400 employees and building leaders.

Mansioni

• Provide strong leadership to Plant and leadership team.
• Meet plant financial targets with metrics and manage progress of reports.
• Develop budgets, operating plans, and 3–5 year strategic plans.
• Lead safety initiatives and foster a safety-first culture.
• Develop other leaders and coach team members one-on-one.
• Report monthly numbers to corporate in the proper format.
