Job summary

The Nunhead Gardener is seeking a proactive Planting Installations & Projects Lead in Greater London to grow our plant installation and maintenance services. You’ll blend project coordination with client management, preparing proposals and guiding projects from planning to completion, while building strong relationships with clients.

• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Great communication with a warm, professional approach.
• Confident in working with clients and building trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries and prepare tailored proposals.
• Oversee installations from design and procurement to on-site delivery.
• Support and schedule plant maintenance services.
• Work with the Marketing team to promote our plant services.
• Jump in to support across the business when needed (e.g. Christmas trading, special projects).
