Job summary

Eco Garden Construct seeks an experienced Lead Landscaper / Working Foreman to strengthen our delivery team across London and surrounding areas. This hands-on role leads a small team on high-quality residential projects and involves setting out from drawings to ensure accurate levels and drainage.

You will coordinate daily site activities, manage both hard and soft landscaping elements, uphold safety and site cleanliness, and maintain clear communication with colleagues and suppliers to deliver

Lead Landscaper / Working Foreman

Eco Garden Construct | London & Surrounding Areas

Eco Garden Construct is growing, and we are looking to connect with an experienced Lead Landscaper / Working Foreman to strengthen our delivery team across London and the surrounding areas.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their workmanship and can confidently lead a small team on high-quality residential landscaping projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a small landscaping team on site
• Setting out work from drawings and specifications
• Understanding levels, falls and drainage requirements
• Coordinating day-to-day site activities and materials
• Delivering high-quality hard and soft landscaping
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional site
• Liaising professionally with colleagues, suppliers and other trades
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Working hands-on alongside the team

Experience we're looking for

You should have proven experience in landscape construction and be confident working independently as well as leading others.

Experience in some or all of the following would be beneficial:

• Paving
• Groundworks
• Drainage
• Kerbing
• Setting Out
• Planting
• Turfing
• Fencing
• Decking
• Irrigation

Mini-excavator experience is advantageous.

Location is important. Our projects are across London and surrounding areas, so you should live within a reasonable commuting distance or have reliable transport to ensure you can consistently arrive on site on time.
