Job summary

Leaflike Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain interior and exterior planting across premium client sites in Greater London and the South East. You will travel between locations in a company van, carrying tools and equipment to water, prune, feed, and replace plants as needed.

The role requires practical horticultural skills, reliability, and a willingness to visit multiple sites daily, with opportunities for funded training and career progression within a family‑run business.

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture or plant maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Reliable and practical.
• Willingness to travel across London and the South East.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior planting schemes across premium client sites.
• Water, feed, prune, and replace plants as required.
• Identify plant health issues and take corrective action.
• Travel between multiple sites across Greater London and the South East.
• Complete service reports and updates after each visit.
• Communicate professionally with customers and operations team.
• Keep van, tools and materials clean, organized and ready.

£30,000–£35,000 per year (up to £36,500 depending on experience) | Full Time | Company Van, Fuel Card, Bonus Scheme.

Field-based across Greater London & the South East with occasional visits to Head Office: Didcot, Oxfordshire OX11 7WB.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining interior and exterior planting schemes across premium customer sites.
• Watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning and replacing plants where required.
• Identifying plant health issues and taking corrective action.
• Travelling between multiple sites across London and the South East.
• Completing service reports, photos and updates after each visit.
• Communicating professionally with customers and the operations team.
• Keeping your van, tools and materials clean, organised and ready.

What The Role Involves

This is a field‑based role, so you’ll need to be comfortable with:

• Early starts.
• London driving.
• Working independently.
• Visiting multiple sites per day.
• Carrying plants, tools and materials.
• Maintaining high standards in customer‑facing environments.

• Has experience in horticulture, plant maintenance, gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance, nursery work or similar.
• Takes pride in tidy, high‑quality work.
• Is reliable, organised and practical.

• Holds a full UK driving licence.
• Is confident driving around London.
