Job summary

Bimplus in Carlisle is seeking an experienced Plant Hygiene Supervisor to lead a busy hygiene team, ensuring cleaning practices meet the highest standards of hygiene, safety and compliance. You will supervise hygiene operatives, allocate tasks, and monitor production areas to uphold cleanliness and COSHH compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, with a focus on staff development and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous hygiene supervisor experience in manufacturing, food production or industrial environments.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Reliable, proactive and committed to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hygiene operatives during daily cleaning activities.
