Falcon Group is seeking a Plant and Hydraulic Mechanic to service and repair hydraulic equipment at Shipdham Depot with travel to customer sites across the UK. The role requires strong hydraulics and mechanical maintenance expertise and offers comprehensive training and career progression.

You will handle hydraulic luffing cranes, climbing systems, and associated plant, ensuring safety, reliability and readiness for deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with hydraulic systems, fault finding and repairs.
• Mechanical/plant or hydraulic engineering qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience maintaining and repairing heavy plant and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Carry out hydraulic and mechanical servicing, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on plant and equipment.
• Maintain hydraulic systems on cranes and climbing systems; bench test after service.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance to improve reliability.
• Attend customer sites to inspect hydraulic systems during climbing operations.
• Maintain records of inspections, servicing and testing.
