This role involves developing and managing key accounts, securing new business, and having full P&L responsibility for the Hire Business. Candidates should have experience in new business sales, account management, and preferably Plant Hire in the water industry. Excellent interpersonal skills and a valid UK driving license are required. The position offers a permanent contract and flexibility in location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business sales and account management.
• Strong knowledge of Plant Hire, preferably in the Water Industry.
• Ability to build long term relationships with customers.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Valid UK driving license essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Key Accounts within water companies.
• Secure new business and maintain existing customer base.
• Conduct regular visits to clients across the UK.
• Full P&L responsibility for the Hire Business.
• Monitor Hire machine utilization and maintenance.
