Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Plant Fitter for a market-leading company in Northampton. You will service, maintain and repair plant and construction machinery, diagnosing faults and carrying out planned maintenance, with a Monday-Friday schedule, a company vehicle and a fuel card.

Ideal candidates will be located near Daventry, Wellingborough, Rugby or Kettering and will work with customers and service teams to keep equipment safe and reliable, with clear progression routes

Qualifications

• Experience servicing or repairing construction or plant machinery.
• Background as a Service Engineer, Plant Fitter, Mechanic or similar.
• Practical fault-finding skills and knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

This role would suit a Service Engineer, Plant Fitter or Mechanic with a background in construction or heavy plant machinery, looking to build a long-term career within a stable and growing business.
