Base pay range

Connect Appointments is seeking a Plant Fitter for permanent work in Alva, Scotland.

Our client has been a leading player in the construction market for the last 40 years. As they continue to expand their services, they continue to grow and move forward. We are now working with them to secure the services of a Plant Fitter to join their team on a permanent basis.

Salary: £35,360 to £43,680 per annum

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance and repairs of plant equipment and machinery
• Following work schedules and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Fault-finding and diagnosing electrical/mechanical issues
• Preparing vehicles in the fleet for MOT/inspections

The Successful Plant Fitter Will Be

• Experienced in working within a workshop environment
• Possess a valid driving license
• A team player, capable of working independently
• Experienced working with HGVs (preferable but not essential)
