IRCA Group is seeking a Plant Controller for the Peterborough site to lead financial and industrial controlling activities, partnering with plant leadership to drive cost optimization and performance.

You will monitor costs, inventory, and KPIs, lead month-end close, costing processes and reporting, while ensuring data integrity and compliance within ERP systems and analytics tools. English fluency required for international collaboration.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Plant Controlling/Industrial Controlling in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial controlling, costing and manufacturing finance, with ability to leverage ERP, analytics and modelling.
• Advanced Excel; ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred); Power BI and data analytics tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights, performance analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyse plant performance, including manufacturing costs, productivity, inventory, profitability and KPIs.
• Lead plant controlling and management reporting activities, ensuring accurate variance analysis against budget, forecast, standard cost and prior year.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities related to manufacturing operations and ensure data alignment between operational and financial data.
• Manage product costing processes, including standard cost maintenance and variance analysis.
• Oversee inventory financial control, supporting stock accuracy, inventory valuation, working capital management and stock counts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business case development for operational initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and accounting policies, while promoting ERP/ reporting system use.
