Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in manufacturing, product costing and commercial analysis?
We’re recruiting for a Financial Controller to join an established manufacturing business in Peterborough. This is a highly visible position working closely with the Plant Manager and wider site leadership team, providing the financial insight needed to improve performance, control costs and support key operational and investment decisions.
This is much more than a reporting role. You’ll become a genuine finance business partner to the manufacturing operation, using data and analysis to challenge performance, identify opportunities and help drive continuous improvement across the site.
As Financial Controller, you’ll take ownership of plant-level financial performance and provide meaningful insight around manufacturing costs, yield, efficiency, overheads and capital expenditure.
