Job summary

SPT Labtech in the United Kingdom seeks an early-career finance professional to join as a FP&A partner supporting Aftersales performance, pricing and margins. You will produce weekly KPI reports, analyse revenue trends and manage the installed base reporting while collaborating with the service team.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement of reporting processes, with strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and data storytelling for management presentations.

Qualifications

• Role suited for someone at the start of their finance career with real responsibility and broad commercial exposure.
• Support ACCA, CIMA or ACA exams while developing finance expertise.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with proficient PowerPoint presentation ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work with non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance partner to Aftersales commercial and operations teams, providing insight into performance, pricing and margin.
• Weekly reporting of Aftersales order intake, revenue and KPIs; contribute to revenue and outlook meetings.
• Report labour utilization across the service team; own installed base database and reporting.
• Track service contract attach rates, renewals and warranty conversions; support UK finance month end for service revenue.
