Job summary

A leading energy-from-waste company in Wales seeks a Plant Engineer to ensure safe and efficient operations at Parc Adfer. You will lead engineering activities concerning performance optimization and maintenance planning. Ideal candidates have an HNC/HND or higher in relevant engineering fields and experience in power generation environments. The role offers an opportunity to make a tangible difference in a critical energy infrastructure setup.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a power generation, heavy industry, or process-led environment.
• Technical knowledge of steam raising plant, turbine systems, and process engineering.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in high-risk settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of equipment faults.
• Maintain and develop documentation for safe operation.
