Job summary

enfinium is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations and drive performance at its energy-from-waste facility in the UK. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, ensure safe, reliable energy production, and uphold high operational standards.

The role offers scope to shape the facility’s future through training programs, improvements, and key contract management, with adherence to quality, environmental, and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in maintaining Power or Process Plants.
• Managing a multi-discipline workforce.
• Designing, costing and implementing large process engineering improvements.
• Oversee operations, maintenance and financial management (budgets and P&Ls).
• Proactive, open to new ideas and able to champion innovative solutions.
• Drafting accurate budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
• Experience adhering to Health and Safety legislation.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

Education

Higher National Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (with civil engineering understanding)
