• Minimum of 8+ years prior manufacturing company experience as a Plant Controller.
• Comfortable walking the manufacturing floor daily.
• Shows consistency in purpose and follow-through on action items.

• Create and distribute weekly and monthly spending reports.
• Support analysis of drivers behind variances.
• Track labor efficiencies and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
