Job summary

Airedale by Modine is seeking an experienced Plant Controller for our Leeds operation. The role combines financial control, plant accounting, business partnering, and data analytics to drive performance.

The successful candidate will develop Power BI dashboards, support planning and forecasting, and partner with site leadership to improve margins and working capital while ensuring robust controls and governance.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications.
• Manufacturing background.
• SAP experience.
• Attention to detail.
• KPI development and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and business partnering for the plant.
• Lead annual operating plan, forecasts and monthly outlook.
• Develop robust financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Own product costing and inventory accounting.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for management reporting.
