Job summary

Sunrise Farms is seeking a Plant Controller to provide financial leadership for our manufacturing operations in the Cambridge area. You will manage cost accounting, inventory control, and financial reporting to support performance and strong internal controls.

Partner with operations and corporate finance to drive improvements, develop budgets, review Bills of Materials, and deliver timely KPI analyses and capital expenditure reviews.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• BI software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control and analyze variances for finished goods, WIP, and materials.
• Prepare and distribute KPI reports on a monthly cadence.
• Lead budget preparation and variance analysis with corporate finance.
