Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plant/Agri/Mower Technician for a 3 month contract with a local authority in Llanelli. The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of plant and agricultural machinery, including mowers and tractor attachments, with on-site support as required.

Under the Team Leader, you will keep accurate records, manage stock, and perform mobile fitter duties when needed, ensuring safety and efficiency in every task.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing plant and agricultural machinery in a workshop or field setting.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical or diagnostic systems relating to plant equipment.
• Full and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, inspection and repair of plant and agricultural machinery.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Maintain repair and servicing records and manage stock of parts.
• Undertake mobile/onsite duties when required.
• Follow health and safety requirements and company procedures.
