Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a planning, coordination, or supervisory role within fire, security, construction, engineering, or facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise teams with coaching skills.
• Experience managing service delivery against contractual SLAs with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of processing and raising subcontractor purchase orders and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong IT proficiency with database systems, portals, and planning software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a planning team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
• Allocate workload, monitor productivity, and foster collaboration to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee planning of PPM and remedial works with direct labour and subcontractors.
• Review scheduling decisions and manage resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Supervise ordering of parts, access equipment, and tools for engineering ops.
• Ensure RAMS and permits are issued timely and compliant with health and safety rules.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, and internal teams through proactive communication.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and client meetings representing planning functions.
