Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires a diploma level education or equivalent and experience in an administrative or corporate services setting.
• Experience analysing and interpreting complex information to produce assessments or reports for senior management.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce planning activities to support frontline service delivery.
• Create and present assessments or reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across operational and corporate services.
• Participate in an on-call rota, with travel to other Trust locations as required.
