The Capacity & Cost Management (C2M) team is critical for optimizing resource utilization and driving cost effectiveness for the TAP program. We are seeking a talented, data-driven Planning Support Manager to lead a team of data analysts. In this role, you will develop capacity planning tools, reports, and analytics solutions that impact TAP's operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be key in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling TAP to maximize resources and stay ahead in a dynamic environment.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of 6 data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and analytical excellence.
  2. Identify and prioritize business needs for planning solutions across stakeholders through Agile methodology.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
  4. Drive adoption of data-driven planning solutions through stakeholder engagement and training.
  5. Manage project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery of solutions within budget.
  6. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance planning capabilities.
Minimum requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in planning and/or forecasting roles.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Experience owning and delivering dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics solutions.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets, data quality, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Previous coding experience in R, Python, or VBA.
