Daily Responsibilities
  • Ensure store compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations
  • Monitor and analyze staff costs to optimize staffing levels
  • Promote positive customer experiences and build trust at the Planning & Order point
  • Collaborate with the main store to ensure local relevance in range presentation and communication
  • Analyze sales performance and develop improvement action plans
  • Support team development and succession planning
