Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Planning Solicitor in Tunbridge Wells to join a growing L500 planning team. You will advise developers, landowners, investors and public sector clients on a broad range of planning matters, including applications, appeals, S106 and major development projects.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE in planning, strong technical ability and a commercial approach to client service.

A highly regarded South East law firm is seeking a Planning Solicitor to join its growing L500 planning team.

You will advise developers, landowners, investors and public sector clients on a broad range of planning matters, including planning applications, appeals, Section 106 agreements, development projects and strategic land transactions. The role offers exposure to complex residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, working alongside experienced specialists on high-quality work.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE gained within a recognised planning practice, strong technical ability and a commercial approach to client service. You will enjoy building relationships, managing your own caseload and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
